Quick, professional and extremely communicative. They got back to us day of for moving a piano. Kept communication about their status throughout the day and were quick to get to work and finish the job! Super easy working with these guys and would hire them again!

Edwin and his crew did a fantastic job in very wintery conditions. They slugged through snow the whole day without one complaint. They handled my items with care and everything traveled in great condition. A great crew all around.

Best moving team ever!! When I bought my home i called and I told them how heavy my things were, they had no problem. Edwin and his team come move my things within one day time. They were very fast and respectful throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend.

Hands down the best movers we’ve ever had! The A1 Movers crew was professional, super careful, and genuinely kind they went way above and beyond. They handled everything with kid-glove care, protected our stuff like it was their own, and even stayed longer to make sure the job was done completely and everything was set up just right. Zero damage, zero stress, and great attitudes the whole time. Thank you for making our move so easy yal were amazing! Highly recommend!

WOW!! A1 Moving deserves every 5-star rating they’ve received. We called with a very last minute request to move 75 boxes & totes, along with 3 large heavy solid wood pieces of furniture. The dilemma: For anyone who has ever had to clear out a spare room to quickly make it a guest room, you feel the pain. Today is Sunday and we needed help before Wednesday. The experience: Same day service. The owner, Edwin, replied to my early morning message within an hour or so, discussed the scale of what needed moving, provided a very reasonable quote and offered to come with some of his team today. He arrived quickly with the quoted resources. They were cautious with fragiles, took considerate care with doors/floors/glass shelves - everything - checked to make sure there was nothing else I needed. I cannot recommend them enough. The takeaway: Without question, I will call to check A1’s availability for anything I need help with. They were a very well coordinated team - strong, extremely efficient. Such a pleasure to work with vs other Syracuse area movers. I wish this business much success, and hope that all of their customers treat them as well as they treated us!

I filled out a request for some recliners and a sofa to be moved to the basement on a Sunday. Edwin got back to me very quick that day! I was quoted a great price and we scheduled up the furniture move for the next day. Edwin and Jamal showed up ON TIME. On time does not happen very often anymore:-). They were so professional. They shook my hand. Asked if shoes needed to come off. They got right to work. I was super surprised they were able to fit the furniture down the stairs! I would recommend A1 Moving Services! This is a top notch moving company!!! We had to move in 24 hours and Edwin said “No problem! It’s easy” and that was the attitude through the whole complicated move. I highly recommend these movers. They made a complicated situation so much easier and my husband and I are grateful to them. They do great with plants. I’d send a photo but it’s night and they just finished!!!

Our moving crew showed up early. Leo first inquired how we were doing because he knows how stressful moving can be. We thought that was very caring. In fact, they cared about every aspect of loading our belongings. They had to go up and down stairs a lot and didn't complain. They were personable and we're hoping we get the same crew when it comes time to get our POD unloaded.
